A 60-year-old male with B-cell testicular lymphoma presenting as epididymo-orchitis The case of a man presenting with a non-resolving epididymo-orchitis, based on clinical evaluation and ultrasonographical evidence, which subsequently was diagnosed as primary testicular lymphoma.
