The BJU International Company oversees publication of the Journal and appoints the Editor and his editorial team.

Members of the Executive Committee are drawn from registered medical practitioners in active clinical practice in the UK and the European mainland.

The Chief Executive is Nicola Quinnen. She has day-to-day responsibility for the company's business and financial affairs and for the management of its charitable activities.

Objectives

Objectives

The objectives of the charity are: 

.         the advancement and improvement of education in urology, men's health and related areas and the diffusion of knowledge or new and improved methods of teaching and practicing urology, men's health and related areas;

.         to publish (inter alia) BJU International and other scientific and learned works related to urology, men's health and related areas and also to promote lectures, demonstrations and exhibitions for the same purpose. 

The charity funds and supports travelling lectureships, educational and training courses throughout the world, particularly in developing countries. It also funds and supports the educational activities of the BJUI, notably its educational supplements.
